Community & Relationships
The Work Does Not Always Fit Into One Pathway
A strategy issue can become an implementation issue as soon as a decision is made.
A delivery problem can reveal that roles, authority or priorities were never clear.
A technically sound project can still struggle when the people it depends on were brought in too late.
That overlap is expected.
You do not need to diagnose the problem or choose the right pathway before contacting MCP. Understanding what is happening, where the work is stuck and what kind of support would actually be useful is part of the conversation.
