About Monias Consulting & Projects
Monias Consulting & Projects is an Indigenous-led consulting practice built around a belief that good work should leave organizations stronger than it found them.
We work with First Nations, Indigenous organizations and community-serving organizations to make important decisions clearer, turn priorities into work that can move, and strengthen the systems and capability needed to carry that work forward.
MCP grew from seeing how often good ideas meet difficult realities. Organizations can have committed people, strong leadership and meaningful priorities while still facing limited capacity, unclear ownership, competing demands or systems that have not kept pace with the work.
That is where MCP comes in.

Michael B. Monias (he/him) is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Monias Consulting & Projects and is Cree from Norway House Cree Nation in Treaty 5 territory.
